Toggl Track is a very good timer. It doesn't know your calendar, and it won't turn unbilled hours into an invoice. Klarity does both, alongside the timer.
A great timer, with nothing built around it
Toggl Track logs time better than almost anything else. It just doesn't plan your day or bill your clients — those stay separate tools, or separate manual steps, no matter how clean the tracked hours are.
A timer with no plan behind it. Toggl tracks whatever you start, but nothing tells you when to start it — no auto-scheduling around your meetings and deadlines.
Tracked hours, untouched invoices. Toggl reports the numbers; you still open a separate invoicing tool, or a spreadsheet, to turn them into something a client pays.
No real home for clients or deals. Toggl's "client" is a label on a project, not a place to keep a rate, contacts, and the deal that won the work.

What Klarity doesn't do
Toggl's free plan covers unlimited time tracking for up to five people. Klarity has no free tier — only the 30-day trial, card required.
100+ integrations connect Toggl to project tools and calendars via a browser extension. Klarity doesn't have an integrations marketplace yet.
Toggl Premium can lock past entries and flag budget overruns. Klarity doesn't have that level of time-entry governance yet.
The practical details
Can I import my Toggl time entries into Klarity?
Not yet. You track new time directly in Klarity — there's no Toggl or spreadsheet import.
Does Klarity replace Toggl entirely?
For billable work, yes — Klarity's timer covers the same job and adds the client rate, the schedule, and the invoice on top. It doesn't match Toggl's 100+ integrations or its free tier for small teams.
Which languages and currencies can I invoice in?
Invoices are available in English and German, in your workspace currency: USD, EUR or GBP.
Is there a free trial?
30 days, all features included. A card is required to start it and Pro begins automatically after the trial; cancel anytime before then.
