Tasks know what blocks them. When a blocker's date moves, Klarity shows which dependent tasks are affected and shifts them in one click—nothing moves without you seeing it.
Every tracked hour ends up on an invoice
Start a timer on any task and the hours land on the right client at the right rate. At month end, unbilled hours are already rolled up per client—pick one and Klarity drafts a numbered PDF invoice, in English or German. Mark it paid and it's never billed twice.

Does Klarity replace my current tools?
Klarity brings tasks, time tracking and invoices into one system alongside your calendar—not a replacement for accounting or bookkeeping software.
Can I import my clients or tasks?
Not yet. You can add clients and tasks directly in Klarity today.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your card is collected at signup; Pro starts automatically after 30 days. Cancel anytime in the Polar billing portal.
Where is my data hosted, and who processes it?
Your data is hosted in the EU. Sentry, Postmark and Polar process error reporting, email and billing; OpenPanel analytics runs on our own EU infrastructure.
Which calendars can I connect?
Klarity connects Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and iCloud calendars. Other CalDAV calendars and read-only ICS feeds are supported too.
Is there a mobile app?
Klarity works in your phone’s browser today; a native iOS app is in development.
