What Klarity doesn't do
Bonsai's proposal and e-signature contract templates are its core sell. Klarity has neither — you close the deal elsewhere and add the client to Klarity once it's won.
Bonsai gives clients their own portal to view invoices and contracts. Klarity's clients don't have a login of their own.
No import from Bonsai or a spreadsheet yet. Clients and tasks are added by hand in Klarity.
The practical details
Can I use Klarity and Bonsai together?
Yes, though most consultants pick one or the other for billing. A common pattern is closing new work with Bonsai's proposals and contracts, then adding the client to Klarity for scheduling, time tracking and invoicing once the deal is signed.
Can I import my Bonsai clients or invoices into Klarity?
Not yet. You add clients and tasks directly in Klarity today.
Is there a mobile app?
Klarity works in your phone's web browser. An iOS app is in development and is not yet available on the App Store.
Is there a free trial?
30 days, all features included. A card is required to start it and Pro begins automatically after the trial; cancel anytime before then.
